About Red2 software development

About red2, our values and approach to agile development.

Red2 puts the customer first by employing a Service Driven Development policy based on modern project management methodologies (Agile/XP). We work closely with our customers, initially understanding requirements and then keeping constant contact as we work towards delivering an optimum end-solution.

Overview

Red2 has been developing software solutions for the last 4 years, originally founded as a project management consultancy in 1998. Red2 has grown year-on-year by carefully selecting the right people to architect, develop and deliver software systems which focus on quality implementation and long term customer engagement.

Delivering software is not just about the people, it’s about choosing the right way to interact with our customers to deliver value. The Service Driven Development methodology is a result of careful planning and evolutionary revision, ensuring we capture, manage and communicate throughout projects and the longer life span of applications.

We understand responsibility and owning problems. Our end-to-end service, from inception and analysis gathering, through to hosting and long term support is in place to give the right framework for partnership. Technology is an investment and commitment, we recognise.
